Ok, I know this should be in the category "Recommendations" but I find that a lot more people tend to look at "General Discussion". Also, I am expecting to get lots of hate on this post from a variety of people. So here we go.
Lately on sabotage there has been lots of times where I go to try and join sabotage, but it just simply isn't running. I don't understand why this is happening and would like further information.
Ok so now lets talk about the HUGE "Staff Problem", I'm going to start off with a memory of one of the 1st weeks sabotage was up and running. So I came on and immediately fell in love with this server. There were some nice people and I enjoyed it a lot. I began working my way up the ranks until I had start to have conversations in game with Aniian- Moderator, P0Oo-Helper and Steiny12-Helper. I began to pvp (Wasn't very good) and eventually started to fight the staff members. Of course me fighting them wasn't a good idea and they began to hate me. They were looking for anything to ban me. It was season 2 I believe now and Therobodavo had now joined the server. I was fighting him (Still wasn't very good), There was no pvplogger plugin back then so I could log out freely. Without warning Aniian banned me for pvplogging and my friends for trying to get me unbanned. There was no rule in place at the time so I didn't understand why I got banned (I got unbanned later that night). So let me get back on track of my thought. So if you were to look at Aniian faction, You would see that all the staff members were in it. But what I am trying to get at, is that those 3 got along.
The issue with the new staff is that they aren't getting along. It upsets me doing a youtube series on the server and promoting it when all that happens on there is drama. I find that there are 2 sides of Sabotage. 1 side paired up with Steiny12 and Qcraft_Bman Vs. Therobodavo and his friends. 1 thing that upset me a lot last night was when Therobodavo basically said he had enough with all this drama all the staff members and the people on their side screamed "Freedom". In my eyes that is a type of cyber bullying and it upsets me when I see people having to go through it. Because of this tension it has made me feel as if I don't want to be around an environment like that. I am torn between what side because I have friends on both sides. I really don't think there should be sides. Just staff members that get along. These "Sides" have made me become something I don't want to be. A "Betrayer". <------- I'm ready for the hate.
I'm not telling xXidol how to run his server but something needs to change if I am going to continue to play on this server. I also think he should do applications for a staff position to give everyone a fair chance, Not just picking his friends that he skypes with. My goal from a few months ago was to get to 150 subscribers so I could achieve the "Youtuber" rank. Yesterday I hit 75 subscribers which is half of my goal.
