MaxyPlays abusing commands

I was on your server earlier, and then some Eli kid randomly told me to stfu. I then continuously argued with him, for.. 5 minutes? The Moderator MaxyPlays warned me about spam. eventhough I only said it three times then stopped. After a few minutes, he was again, continuously telling me to "Stfu You Ten Year Old Kid" and stuff like that, and then he says Maxy mute him. Maxy then, mutes me , for an hour, which yes, we were both flooding chat, which is fair enough, but I was the only one who was muted. I'm not sure if it's because I don't really play your server or not, but really gotta up your game guys. That's awful. If you want witnesses, you can ask the people who were online at the time: luroy123 , EmilJonsson98, blueninja256 , and swanseaboii99 . They are the only names I can remember off of the top of my head, but if you would like a full detailed story I was Skyping with my friend, who can vouch for this.
