There are lots of servers out there that gives a free rank upgrade to the top voter each month. Some even give 1st 2nd 3rd etc. I strongly suggest adding this to your server for a few reasons. Firstly not everyone has the money to donate. This way even if someone can't afford to donate they can still get a rank if they log on and vote the most times each month. Secondly, It encourages people to vote for the server. Having that reward at the end of the tunnel really motivates people (Myself included) to vote and the more people who vote means the more popular the server gets, so more people will find the server eventually making it so the server can grow and thrive! Lastly, rewarding the top voter adds a competitive vibe to try to beat your peers and get the most votes each month. I can't see why you wouldn't want to add this to the server. You may say "oh I don't want to give away free ranks" well in the end you will profit from giving away a rank upgrade per month because your server will get more popular leading to more people joining the server which means more donators. So in the end I don't see why you wouldn't want to do this. Please consider this.
