Agree with most points, but here's my objections:
- Steiny is a good HELPER, and should not be promoted
- RegnumXD and pHysteria would make sabotage worse as staff members.
- If players are being disrespectful, they should be given warnings, along with a mute or 2 then a tempban. If they don't stop, then a perm ban should take place, and maybe even a ip ban if it becomes a problem.
I would have explained these points but when I typed them all out it randomly deleted the message so I gave up typing it out. If you would like something explained please just let me know, but about staff xXidol should look at previous staff positions the player has had on other servers and see if they are suitable (wink wink).
