Contract Agreement was not met.

I know this will be looked over by xXidol and ignored. But I had a contract with a player by the name of starbraker123. The agreement (Although highly favoring me) was concocted by his mind. He agreed to buy me the rank of god (I am already titan) when i gave him multiple sets of diamond enchanted armor and spawners. I have proof if this agreement where he says xXidol may ban him if the requirements are not met. I am not asking for god rank, or even my stuff back as it is well known I am VERY wealthy in game. I am simply asking for the person to be banned. I know scamming is allowed but a recorded agreement with real life money being bet should be met.
