Admin/mods

Hi, I'm new to your server i only joined a couple days ago. I realize that its a bit to soon to complain but I'm not the only one who this has been bothering, so i have seen no admins or moderators online at all but i have seen the owner on once and i do understand that I'm in a different time zone so all the admins and mods(if there is any) would be online at a different time. I think that you should select a few more admins or mods to the server from my time zone and other time zones so that the server is monitored at all times. Because i have seen a lot of spammers,hackers and cheaters, i realize that i can put the names of the abusers on the on the Banning Thread but by then the time they get banned they would have already terrorized the players on the server. This is extremely annoying
